Siobhan Sanders is an analytical leader who takes a strategic approach to helping clients maintain appropriate programmatic structures that align with regulatory requirements and uphold their fiduciary duties to their clients.

For over 20 years, Siobhan has worked as a compliance professional, having served as a Chief Compliance Officer in the financial services industry. In this role, her collaborative leadership style has been instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of compliance programs by asset management teams and sales executives.
As a compliance professional, Siobhan’s primary responsibilities include developing and
maintaining policies and procedures to ensure that teams and leadership are adhering to regulatory and internal firm requirements while also meeting regulatory compliance deadlines. Her supervision of these compliance programs require a meticulous attention to detail for submitting accurate reporting data to regulatory bodies and providing operational feedback on identifying opportunities to automate process to improve efficiency.

Siobhan was able to leverage her program execution and implementation experience along with her knowledge of regulatory compliance to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, her experience of maintaining compliance programs and managing due diligence requests allows her to ensure the accurate and timely execution of contract deliverables, resulting in fewer processing delays during the transaction process.

Siobhan is the proprietor of Transaction Tamers, where she demonstrates a commitment to helping Real Estate professionals expand their book of business by identifying areas for process improvements that increase operational efficiencies and reduce compliance delays.
